This is clean New Moon energy after the Great Eclipse we had with the New Moon in April. You may be staggering from all the powerful energy that entered in April. But the eclipse was here to light up your DNA and what you are still fidgeting about.
To move through this cycle and balance your physical body you may want to exercise and breathe deeply. Taking time out for self-care will enhance the effects of the Solar Eclipse and assist your DNA as it upgrades and blends with the solar flares and the eclipse light from April.
With this new moon in Taurus it brings the reminder to work with the Torus energy fields. The Sun's Torus and Earth's Torus are "upgrading" in a sense (along with all of the other planets and beings large and small here), and so is your personal Torus field. This is helping to shift the DNA itself as well as the old energies. Our solar system is moving through a part of the Universe it hasn't been in a long, long, time - this belt of energy is potent and transformative. You may lose your mind but regain your heart. Remember this as we all move through these energies for the next few years. And remember - you are the master of your ship. You alone are the governor of your energy field. Consciously work with the Torroidal energy and see how easily it shifts.
The timing is perfect for you to clean out, clear out and upgrade your life into the area that you feel is best suited for 2024. We always like to chat about your focus and staying in your lane and on your own path. Taurus gives you the energy of the bull to clear your path and aggressively move forward when you are ready.
